We want you and your cat to love your PetTentTunnel enclosure! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Within 30 days of the original delivery date
- In its original packaging
- In unused or gently used condition (minor wear from testing is acceptable)
- Free from pet damage, stains, or odors
How to Return
- Contact us at support@pet-tent-tunnel.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items with significant damage or heavy wear
- Items not in original packaging
- Items purchased from unauthorized retailers
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and we will arrange for a free replacement or full refund.
